		<description>Great summary - the basics are all you need but so often we try to complicate things or just fail to do them.  Diet cannot be overlooked as you cannot compensate via exercise for a poor diet.  Walking is good exercise on off days but I still believe one needs more intense exercise to really get &quot;in shape.&quot;  (assuming medical approval)  This country is in for some serious problems in the next ten to fifteen years if it doesn&#039;t reverse the trends the CDC has been showing over the last 20+ years...</description>
